Gary R. Smart is a seasoned health care professional with more than 30 years of experience in administration, community health, marketing, and clinical management throughout Connecticut. A Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, he has held leadership roles in hospital oversight, community relations, geriatrics, and palliative care. He currently serves as Principal of SmartSolutions, LLC, teaches public health at Southern Connecticut State University, and serves on several community boards. Mr. Smart is a graduate of Providence College and the University of New Haven.
